its the third game I've been waiting for and want to play it so I paid $12

I paid $12 and its saying forbidden when downloading the file

I just bought it but it's saying it's not able to work with my latest version of a phone

I can't find rotten lettuce or naive carp anyone know where I can find the location of these items
