You need to kill all the enemies on each level to get to the next one. The one you are referring to is the third level.

Sorry, I didn't get around to finishing that part of the game. So it's just there as decoration for now.

I ran out of time trying to make the game but at least I got the core game mechanics in.

might update a fully complete version after the game jam.
