I encountered the issue on a downloaded version of the game. In the browser version it does not appear. Another person replied to my comment saying that it's because the game doesn't have an FPS limiter, which might be why the naturally restrictive browser version doesn't cause the issue, but I don't know if that's true.

Makes my computer overheat like crazy for some reason. Not currently playable for me sadly, but it seems fun from the videos I've seen. Hope there will be some improvement to performance in the future.
