im at the beginning of the game
i went to viridian city to collect prof oak package and when i came back to my home town right after i delivered the packaged to him
i saw a pokemon near a puddle in the city ( a pokemon was set ashore ) it was night and raining and i meet the shiny staryu there
does anyone get that shiny at the beginning of the game or was i just lucky
if i was lucky what are the shiny odds in this game
have anyone experienced a shiny in their beginning of a playthrough like i did?

regarding the currency in the game, is it infinite or limited?
can i infinite farm money or is it like the pokemon games where money is limited
