if you downloaded it from itch.io its 100% safe, the false positive is propably due to the fact that the game is a singular .EXE file so it needs to unpack itself in appdata or something like that

programming language and stuff this was a pretty easy decision pretty much all the games I've made in the past have been either made with pure Java or Java with the LibGDX library and since I don't think I'll be able to learn a new programming language at 69 minutes I've decided to use Java with libgdx
