finally got around to playing this!! im totally in love with your prose, it felt as if i was really there, plus the 2000s horror anime / vn vibe tickled me :)

a heartfelt story about limerance, familial abuse, loneliness and a trans girl becoming an awesome fucking kaiju. the shift towards supernatural (for lack of a better term) elements was unexpected yet i found it very intriguing.  the ending was awesome and heartwarming :) 

very few stories have stuck with me in the way sunshine backwards has. as an autist who grew up on the internet reading sonic creepypastas and forming close friendships with mentally unstable adults sonia's character managed to tap into my psyche in a way i had never seen before. looking forward to whatever you make next
