I did buy it on itch, that's how I got a key for steam. I understand your reasoning, however you could have also just revoked unredeemed keys, the revocation made me think my purchase was completely invalidated. Anyway, I understand. Thanks for the reply

Hi, I claimed the steam key I got with my purchase here on steam back in Dec 2024, and I got a notification today that the key was revoked, just wondering if it was an error... can it be reinstated?

I'm not seeing anything in my email! But I did see their note about how they would send when the order is processed. Is it possible the order is still processing? I have a pending charge but other than that I didn't get an email or anything. I am kind of worried I mis-typed my email D:
