Oh thanks ! I solved the problem by running UE4PrereqSetup_x64.exe file.
I had issues when launching the game too but it was resoved by running UE4PrereqSetup_x64.exe file located at WindowsNoEditor\Engine\Extras\Redist\en-us
I fail to launch the game, the error message says that XAPOFX1_5.dll and X3DAudio1_7.dll files are missing.
