I just downloaded it (on Android) and it seams to be working just fine, maybe your download settings don't allow it.

Also, if you ever wanna update it simply delete the old file inside the "game" folder and put the new one in.
There is a launcher for Android you can install. Also you have to put the file in the ahitr storage -> game
