Thanks for your comment and advice!  For the dice battle part, I just posted a clarification in comment. I agree that your way'd be better and more straightforward, especially for players not familiar with the rule (and involve math, yes). We don't realize this, since the rule is derived from TRPG CoC dice roll part and all of our team members are quite familiar with it 馃槶 And thanks again for your suggestion! I played your game during jam day and it's quite interesting idea, and i'll def  try the final version later.

I'm in charge of coding and Ui part for the dice roll part after finishing your decos and want to make some clarifications in term of rules:

About dice: each dice has 6 sides (obviously), each side will come up with a success rate, there'll generally be 6 rounds from the game but we add another one if there's a tie (i.e. 3:3) with all faces possible from your dice and gOwOd's

For each round: face is randomly choose (without replacement), your face and gOwOd's face and their success rate will be indicated on your LHS

During each round: dice battle time! rules for different success level (modified and simplified from TRPG  CoC(Call of Cthulhu)), we compare the number after 1d100 = () - means random integer generate from 1 to 100 - displayed on the right of your dice to your success rate (SR): higher to lower success level from top to bottom

  • EXTREME_SUCCESS: 1d100 <= SR/4
  • HARD_SUCCESS: 1d100 <= SR/2
  • REGULAR_SUCCESS: 1d100 <= SR
  • FAILURE: 1d100 > SR

Player and gOwOd's success battle (level they got accordingly) will be displayed on the text box on your RHS

Determine Win or Lose from :

  • Win: you got higher success level than god
  • Lose: ... lower ...
  • Tie: ... same ..., then compare points (1d100 = ?) of yours and gOwOds':
    • Win: you got lower points
    • Lose: ... high ...
    • Tie: same, then roll the dice again (another 1d100 = ? will auto display) with same face and SR, until reach win or lose 

then one round end, result for this round will be same as determined above!
