How do I trigger the event with the remaining mirror after the demon leaves the fortress?

I’m on version 0.75.1 right now, stuck fighting the Rage, one of the seven enemies. Do you know how to beat it? That guy keeps healing nonstop.

Also I want to raise Grace’s favorability. I only met her once inside the fortress, and I haven’t run into her a second time ever since.

Online guides say I need to farm monsters at the Lion Temple to get two Hell Orbs and two Guardians, but I only got one. No matter how many times I go there, I only encounter it that one time and nothing else after that.
