From what I'm seeing, I really enjoy the floating cam. Also SotD seems to have very nice animation state transitions. And I really like the UI. You are right, it definitely is very good for inspiration.

 I'm working on implementing a similar camera on my game now, and it really makes the sex scenes way more interesting :v


Again, I thought it would be very hard to code, but I found a plugin for floating cam controllers on the store. 

Still need to solve some issues, but seems good so far :D

That's an amazing idea. I recognize that my current sex cam is very awkward, since it's the same as the regular 3d cam. So I was thinking of how to improve it. I was thinking of a free floating cam as well or something similar... Your suggestion sounds interesting tho. Can you tell me what game it was? Maybe I can take inspiration from it hehe

Also, any suggestion you have is ok. The priority is to make the game better for everyone, so don't worry if it's a little bit hard for me to implement. After all, this is my job, and I really love doing it :D

I've managed to solve half of the issue. It was a very dumb syntax error I made while coding the conversation randomizer.

Though I'm still trying why the player some times can't interact after a conversation.

No, there isn't a save system, I'm working on it tho, don't worry. It should be within the next updates.

I agree with the grappling hook! I want to implement it as an item you can buy after certain point in the story, along with customizable modifications to the jump pack. Like skill points allocated to speed, jump height, wall-run time... Still, there's other things I need to work on before that. So, no promises but I'll keep you updated.

Now that you mention that, I need to fix the fall damage, because as you say, you die very frequently. I'll work on it today.

Ah, thank you so much for those comments friend, I'm glad you like the concept. I'll answer your questions:


Updates for the near future:

At this moment, I'm working on fixing bugs and optimizing performance. The next couple updates will be small patches so to make the base mechanics playable with no issues.

The next few goals are:

  • Optimizing so the game has better framerate and less stutters.
  • Redesigning the world so is more fun and less clunky to navigate (also add more detail to it and make it more aesthetic and believable).
  • Creating more animations and adding more "sex furniture" for more sex positions.
  • Polishing the dialogue and adding more lines and options.
  • Redesign the anthros. Specifically the textures, because as you've seen, most don't have a fur pattern and are just a solid color.


Sim events: yes!

Most of what you can find in the game serves as a stand-in for the concepts I've envisioned.  I wanted the player to be able to buy a bigger house, in a different location of the map, maybe close to other character's house... Currently, the game is more like a sandbox without story mode.

From the beginning, I wanted Theanthria to be somewhat of a 3D visual novel dating sim, in which you decide your favorite character's route, with character-specific events and fetishes (like a yandere who stalks  you and r*pes you, a girl that is into vore and shrinks you to eat you, a religious girl from the Theanthropic Church  who wants to be your slave, and so on and so on)... but implementing the core systems turned out to be a more lengthy and laborious process than I thought. Being honest, most of it is due to my own incompetence; I specially need to improve my skills as a programmer. 

So story progression and character specific events are definitely planned, but will have to wait for a bit while I fix the current issues. I'm sorry friend T__T

Although, I'm considering a Kickstarter campaign, which would make things way faster and easier for me.

Yes, there is only one sex position currently. I'm working on more!

I was already making more animations but then I got busy fixing some game-crashing bugs that someone here pointed out to me. 

I have a better body model for the characters that I'm experimenting with and I'm very excited to use. I will be making more animations within the next weeks.


Be assured that I'm constantly working on the game. As I type this, I'm uploading another build which should have better performance.

Also I'm open for suggestions on what you would like to see in the game, bugs that you may find, and any criticism.

The lifeless ragdoll delivering the order is very funny tho. I didn't even think it was possible haha.

And I agree on everything you said.

  • I think you are referring to a bug in which the girls just ignore you if you talk to them. I think I know what causes it, so I'm working on fixing it.
  • Definitely is hard to get them to say yes. I'll make it so less "love" is required.
  • I need to re-do the whole movement system, that will be my next big priority. Along with the terrain, which I'm just now noticing how awkward it is to navigate.
  • I'm so dumb, I didn't think of resetting to home position, I'll add it ASAP. Thanks!
  • A "sleep to pass time" mechanic was already planned, but I'll make it a priority now.
  • I'll make it so accepting an order requires more than just pressing E. I think I'll add it to the menu screen.

Thanks for your comment. That happened any time someone pressed "Y",  since I was using that key as a shortcut to test something and forgot to remove it.

When you click on the food bag on one of the food stands, a message appears ("picked up order!"). Also, only when you have the food, a green icon with a little house symbol appears on the map, signifying that a girl is outside waiting for you to deliver.


But I'm going to add an additional indicator to make it more clear :v

Seems like the map not responding is being caused by the command tied to the jetpack script, which is inactive while you are not wearing the jetpack. I'm correcting that now.

I'm looking into the other issues now.
