Welcome to Head of State. This is an early access build, made by one person, and your reports decide what gets fixed first.
What the game is: you lead a real country for one term. The country runs itself day to day. You answer what your people ask for, handle disputes with your neighbours, and at the end you face the voters on your record. A term is 30 or 60 minutes. New players should press First match on the menu.
How to report a bug:
- In the game, press Esc, then Report a bug. Or use Report a bug on the main menu.
- Write what happened and what you expected.
- Press Copy the report. It copies your words plus the build number, your browser, the match and the last 25 events. Nothing personal is included.
- Paste it in a reply here.
If the game crashed, a report box appears on its own. Copy it the same way.
Please also tell me:
- Which country you played and on which map.
- Whether it happened in the First match or a normal game.
- Your browser, if the report does not show it.
Known limits in this build:
- Desktop browsers only. It works on a laptop or desktop in Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari. Phones are not supported yet.
- Your save lives in your browser. Clearing site data or switching browsers loses it.
- One save slot. Starting a new game replaces the old one.
- The text size can be changed in Settings if the panels look small.
Feedback I most want: was the First match clear, did the disputes feel fair, and what did you want to do that the game did not let you.
