I figured it out by waiting until the goat moved but I still don't know how to beat them normally now that there are a bunch in the levels. Is there something I'm missing?
As soon as I wrote this I went back to it and found out how it works (the ninjas were always smarter than me...). Again, great work on this game- keep it up and I have no doubt you'll do great things.
