UPDATE: I think I know what happened. When I tested it earlier, I didn't have my headphones/bluetooth mic on. It seems the issue arrives when I have my headphones connected. I'll try with some other stuff I have, but it looks like I need to invest in a proper mic :,)

I don't know HOW this worked but it did!! I had a copy of the app in my downloads folder so I did what you said first, but it was giving me the "the application is damaged" prompt so I moved the app to my desktop, did the terminal fix, opened it up again, and it WORKED!!

For those reading in the future, if it's giving the "This application is damaged and cannot be opened, move it to the trash" prompt on MacOS, try this in terminal:

xattr -d com.apple.quarantine /path/to/app.app

Thanks again!! :)

No matter the input source, the software acts as if it doesn't detect anything at all. Specifically granting mic access (as described to do under someone else's post with the same issue) to PNGTube-Remix did not help, nor did allowing mic access when opening the app via Terminal. When I did the latter, it gave me (and is continuing to give me, lol) thousands of error codes within Terminal:

ERROR: AudioUnitRender failed, code: -50

   at: input_callback (drivers/coreaudio/audio_driver_coreaudio.mm:260

I really like this software so far and I hope this issue can be fixed soon, given of course it's not a me problem! It's the only software for mac that has mouse tracking (that I'm aware of) and I'm excited to use it in the future too :)

Thanks for any help!
