Really fun idea and great presentation! What I learned very quickly is that I need to get my hands on some obsidian :D Good job!

Yeah, it's a bit difficult to get much more than that currently.  I think it could be fun to add more ways to get the ball round quicker if you're willing to take more risks, which is definitely something i'll think about if I develop it more :) Thanks for trying it out!

Mine too! Thanks for the kind words and for trying it out :D

Multiplayer would be great! I am hoping to come back to this one and develop it a bit more so that's definitely something i'll look into :) Thanks for trying it!

Agreed about gamepad. I ran out of time during the jam, but will definitely add support soon. Thanks for trying it out! :)

Very fun! I really like that you made time to create multiple levels/holes (I failed to do that in my game) and I even see some nice use of symmetry in the layouts.

The two things I noticed myself thinking while playing:

  1. It'd be nice to be able to zoom the camera out a bit to get a proper look (or maybe just tilt it up a bit). It felt a little cramped at times
  2. I'd love to be able to use my movement to have a bigger hit of the ball - Maybe a "dash" forwards to really push it hard, or jumping on top of the ball gives it a big, but more unpredictable, force.

Just some small subjective thoughts. Overall a really great job and a cute game! :)

Really great idea, and super fun to play!

Yeah I agree with you and everyone that it feels a bit too chaotic immediately atm. I'll look into some ways to balance it better after the jam and hopefully have more of a curve to the intensity! Thanks for the feedback and for trying it out :)

Really love this, especially the environment is just lovely. I don't think I agree with the idea that it needs a HUD minimap / other meta navigation. The signs above the sections are already a good start and I would love to see in-world navigation markings on the floors to help find your way around the ship, a bit like a hospital. Overall,  I think the initial mystery of having to explore and then slowly becoming familiar with the ship layout adds to the enjoyment.

Also love how simple the controls are, really nice! The actual movement could perhaps be polished a little bit, but moving around and engaging in combat is already very fun imo. Great job :)

heh yeah I have had a few runs where I just left it and randomness was on my side :D You're right though, it's definitely not really intended, I just ran out of time for balancing the numbers. Agree that a high score or timer would be great to have.  I'll definitely come back to make some improvements after the jam.

Thanks for trying it and for the feedback! <3
