yes im 4 months late, yes you probably already know by now... its because you likely have not signed the executable - and even if you do (yes it will remove windows defender warning) other anti-virus software will delete/flag it anyways because youre not a verified digital signer (youll need to pay a LOT for that license)

This game is NOT playable, all necessary content is missing and there is zero guidance. They only way to play this game is to read the code that runs the game, even then theres nothing to do... Not to mention the code was wrote by ChatGPT
