My Distopian Robot Girlfriend, and Our Appartment are the closest I'm aware of.
Itch actually has a search function for games with dedicated andriod builds; their "Platform: Android" option. Granted, most of those are visual novels in Renpy, or RPGmaker games. Unity games sometimes have android builds available, though, and their are a few homebrew engines that have android support, like Dandy Boy Adventure. Sex-simulators like Lust Cupid are pretty rare, these days. It's a lot harder to do in HTML5 than it was in Flash, and targeting android always manages to add an extra level of complexity.
F95Zone.to is another good resource to browse for games besides Itch.io.

Honestly shaping up to be one of the best interactive games in the genre since the death of Flash. That it runs so well even on mobile is a sign you have a great team.
I'm running into an obnoxious full-screen graphical artifact on mobile, though. Runs great otherwise.
Image below, camer panned to produce a SFW capture. Static and the wavy bars are stationary and do not change over time or when moving camera. It occasionally flickers or briefly disappears during transitions, like when attempting to open the customization windows throws the patreon prompt.
