Hi, thank for the feedback! Sometimes blood can go into the trap that's on the floor so it may be hard to find. The mouse lock is an issue unfortunately, it should work if you enter and exit settings with 'T' I believe. Anyways thanks for the kind word, glad you had fun :))

A very pretty game, now I've got to admit I barely knew what I was doing as I never had one, some description/tutorial with more explanation would be great. Currently reviewed the art, theme and atmosphere, but would love to rate the gameplay when I know how to play it. Still great job, do not let my tamagotchi ignorance stop you
Very cool!! Really like the use of sprites here, something about crossing 2d and 3d is exciting and fun. Finished the game, beautiful experience.
(Got stuck on the 2nd poem - the one with the mermaid. I thought I had to drink a combination of colors or something.. took me a while to figure it out haha)
Wow.. damn... spoilers ahead if you have not played it yet do it now!!!!11
Initially I thought oh a cool incremental game about mining.I saw the upgrades and the dirt and I though shame that this doesn't really go into the theme (boy was I wrong, also I did not look at the screenshots), but decided to see where the game leads.
And then I shit my pants
That was genuinely so fucking scary I was AMAZED. I was really not expecting that first scare and it set the atmosphere for the remainder of the playthrough. Got all upgrades, finished the game, enjoyed it through and through.
One genuine feedback I have is the psx vertex wobble, I love it, but I think the intensity here was a bit too much? Maybe adding a setting to tune the intesity of it would would be a good idea.
Great game, a true gem. Thank you for letting me experience fear
Damn this game is hard. I love the concept, and the key mechanic is cool. However when you take damage, it severly limits your vision and that only makes it harder so you are more likely to end up hit again. This slippery slope made it so whenever I got hit twice I just died on purpouse to get to the last checkpoint. Maybe some ease in the enemies or some ways to regain the vision in between checkpoints?
The graphics are super amazing!!! This game has a certain board game appeal and it also feels very nostalgic.
Great job, a really solid submission!!
When I was playing it I thought damn this atmosphere and art really feels like Hylics (a good feeling btw, amazing), but I kept thinking huh really wish there was some clay in here somewhere and then BOOOM almost instantly as I thought that clay animations appearead on my screen 10/10 timing.
On a more serious note big fan of the graphics, the gameplay is simple, but I don't mind, because of how much this atmoshpere resonates with me.
Seriously a great job well done!!!! and if you say this is not your greatest work I am definately gonna have to check out the rest :))
Took me 3 tries, but I did it (the tip after dying was useful as it turns out). Loved the atmosphere and the graphics!! especially the graphics I swear it adds to the experience sooo much for me. After the first attack I had to turn my volume down a bit, not gona lie almost spilled my tea. Also and I don't mean this as an insult, but this game was longer than I initally expected, a really nice surprise. At two points in the game I thought okay this will surely be the end, but no there was more!
Great game, really enjoyed it!!
Thank you for playing!! Yeah we were going for that cleaning game vibe with this one.
As for the window page - I have a huge screen and forgot XDD
We fought the window capture with all might and entering and leaving the menu [T] should fix it, but then it's also browser and setting dependant
Really glad to hear you enjoyed it.
I adore the art, really cute and well drawn. The little animation the shopkeeper does are super cool! Played the whole thing caught the big dog. Really wish there was some completion compedium in game to be able to see all the thing you've caught so far, because the arts are just so nice. Really did not expect an ending, as this is a jam, but was really pleasently surprised when one came.
Great job and good luck :))
