Thanks! I imagined it would be from unintentionally falling. It's completely dark in area 2, so the risk is that while the PCs are flailing about trying to figure out where they are or what's happening, one or more of them falls in. That said, I couldn't fit a specific procedure or mechanic for this into the available space, so the warden will have to adjudicate this in each case.
