I have a few points that i wanted to address to you.
1) the weight, if Gia is extremely tall (so 5ft9 or taller / 170cm taller) then the weights you suggested can be somewhat reasonable, though it would be cool if you showed her being tall so that way it sounds good.
2) the timeline, there were a few times when Gia would say "I haven't seen you in days" but then you the narrator states it's been a while (so from my guess it would be sometime longer than 2 weeks). So it would be cool if you made sure that the timing somewhat aligned (may be even used that as a little chit chat between Gia and the tutor where they disagree on the timelines and how long they haven't seen each other)
3) Her body. Judging by her gain, I would suspect she is an hourglass that is bottom heavy (a cool combo BTW). The problem is that based on her gain and her weight increase, it makes much more sense to have it where she was exercising and eating at the same time. That way it will still work out and she will get the toned body + softness from the fat (basically the current art you have works with this aspect)
it would also be cool for you to do multiple types of gains, one where she eats and works out balanced (so some softness and some muscle very close to what you have right now, even the current art works), one where she goes protein shakes and works out, and a final one where she just eats so she looks like a somewhat reasonable pile of fat.
4) The art. I love the art style and would love for you to share the tools you used and to keep up the great work!
I hope you succeed in the game. Your concept and game are unique compared to what is current available.
