I'm posting the BEST recipe (I stole it from Vasiliy Emelianenko, but adapted it for my Gramovka). 400 g of cottage cheese, 40 g of flour, 30 g of semolina, 60 g of sugar (perhaps less), egg yolk + half an egg yolk (6 pieces were obtained with such grams). I mixed everything, if it was dry - more flour, made cheesecakes, fried until crusty, removed for 5 minutes at 180 and served with lemon peel (mega refreshing), sour cream, sumac cream on top for beauty and raspberry jam.
