Hint for Roxy event 11 says to go see her on the roof, but when i get there, it says the event happens somewhere else

I just realized that my last save was from before finding where a certain someone was for some reason. Thank you for replying though. I appreciate it. This story is amazing btw.
I've downloaded the update from patreon, but I'm unsure how to access any new content. There's no tips in the heart menu either.
