omg, I love the aesthetic of the game, I think you communicated this very well with the visuals and floating text, this is amazing!!
I noticed one bug in the game, is when after I visit some rooms (in the area that shows 5-6 rooms, like bedroom, kitchen, etc), once I die and replay it again without refreshing the page the strikethrough will still be there.. I'm wondering if you can fix this by resetting certain values once you get back to the main page?
Overall, I think this game is very successful, there is a player choice in being able to escape but also thinking about not leaving the friend behind thats left in the house, there is some sort of pressure with this decision.

Hi Minna! I think this game is simple and straightforward in a way that delivers the intent of the game successfully! By being able to have a chance to run away (albeit, only a few times), it works into player choice because I know for sure if my opponent has 17 strength and I only have 5, I should definitely not fight them..
I like the cute visuals, I think it communicates each task successfully and honestly i'm more invested in it as a result :D
This is simple, straightforward and I like it!
The wording for each passage is short, which I like, it adds to the story and I believe with the constraint of this project you did it very successfully.
The choosing the name for the cat added some kind of spice to the game because I can choose to name my cats salmon and sushi which is nice.
The writing is insanely good, captivating, alluring in a way that I wanted to see all the choices. What I found especially compelling was the page that included the "join us" and the singular "resist". I feel like if you wanted to elevate this project even more, maybe pictures would be a good thing to include to draw in the viewer, adding on to the already compelling writing. Overall, interesting game!
Interesting concept! I love how you adapted to the 300-word constraint with images; it allows me to visualize the consequences of not brushing my teeth/fully realizing where I ended up. Player choice is present in this, but it also felt like there was an illusion of choice in the game with most of the roads leading to the same few endings, but as the player it still feels like I could still choose, which I think is really interesting. Overall, nice artstyle, good game.
