Wow. Some of the most difficult puzzles I've tried! I'm also impressed by the filesize. Very cool. I finally managed to beat it after around 2.5 hours.

Maybe it could be an issue with your drivers? It happened to me before and updating them fixed it.

I had to watch it again, as I didn't understand what was happening, but once I read your description it made sense; maybe I didn't understand at first why a white flag was standing on a hill in the middle of nowhere. Maybe some animations could be more clear, like the president pressing the red button. Also at the end, the bomb kills the guy with the binoculars and the people with him, which also adds a bit to the confusion.

I had to watch it a second time because at first I didn’t fully understand what was happening. After reading the description, the idea made sense, but initially it wasn’t clear why there was a white flag on a hill in the middle of nowhere.  

Some animations could be clearer, for example the president pressing the red button. Also, in the ending, the explosion kills the character with the binoculars and the people next to him, which added a bit to my confusion about what the final message was.

It was funny. The placement of the bushes was a little odd, and the dialogue boxes could get some improvement.

I really liked your drawing style! However, a minor mistake I think I found is that when the protagonist runs to try to help his crewmate (which is in the void of space), he runs there without wearing a space suit, which doesn't make much sense to me.
