I mean, who doesn't love big crunchy pixels?
Mouthwash vibes with satisfactory gameplay. The physics just work, and it is really hard to achieve specially in a 3D sandbox-y while (almost) nothing goes flying.
The sound design is pretty well done, the eggs breaking is satisfying. I just wish there was some more music here and there.
I love the flow, it makes all sense that mid to end-game to have less things to find out and unlock. I even managed to recover one disk I didn't see earlier because I had time to backtrack and revisit holes.
Some things that happened to me that could happen to more people and should be taken into consideration: One of the initial egg dispensers doesn't handle 7 stimulators well, so it just launches the egg forward; I don't know if only having 1 rotation dimension instead of 3 for building was the intention all along, but it got really frustating when I was trying so hard to pave a way for the eggs and couldn't put metal sheets because they were too far to put as walls, or it was a small cramped space and couldn't make the angle right.
There are things that I missed in the game, like a way of knowing how many stimulators there are automatic and manual, but for a 0.2 version, it is really well done and well cared.
Can't believe it's just a prototype. God, I made an Itchio account just to comment this.
I hope to seeing more from this game and this creator soon.
