It happened in 0.7.2r1 and 0.7.3r2 didn't fix it.

Bug: If you "complete" Naomi's story (do all her quests), Naomi and Caitlyn will be talking in the library in the afternoon everyday about scenarios that she encountered as a pirate, making it impossible to go further in Caitlyn's story (I need to talk with Caitlyn, Rae and Naomi in the library) [Cait's Story ch. 15] and in turn it makes Rae's story impossible to go further as well (I need to talk with her in the hall in the afternoon but her icon is always in the library) [Rae's Story ch. 20].
