yeah i should have made the sensitivity adjustable but 48 hours is not that long and a competent enemy is hard to make lol... someone posted a playthrough on YouTube if you want to see the other ending and how you get to it: Shattered Innocence

so i guess they realised that hiding it is no longer viable and acknowledged that they are “inspired” by this game… i wouldn’t call ripping the exact mechanics and level design inspiration though

Yeah, I checked out both the games and this is beyond scummy... Very sad that some people turn a fun experience into this :(

What do you mean they blocked you?

The sprites are a bit inconsistent with their pixel density but I really love the mechanic of switching between maps to go through obstacles.

Seems sometimes the way to solve a level shouldn't work but it does. Tricky, fun, and unique. Great work!

Enemies don't seem to collide with walls for some reason, and the gameplay feels a bit janky. Nice attempt.

I like the low poly aesthetic but I feel like you might have gone a bit too hard on the vignette... I can't tell what you were going for, but if you wanted to have a headlight-esque effect you could have used a couple of spotlights in the front.

A really fun take on the cooking game genre. Absolutely adore the art-style. Couldn't quite connect it to the theme, to be honest, but the game was still great regardless.

yeah i didn't have any friends playtest the game for me so I just lost track of how a normal person won't know how to get through the level like I do

sadly the consensus has been that the parallax, movement, and VA all need to be reworked lol
