Great game idea and gameplay, could be a very successful VR party game.
If you can: Clean up bugs such as the snap-aiming.
Add a clearer UI when switching turns, so each player has a better idea who's turn it is. Perhaps a "Player 1 - ready, set, go" that appears in the center of the screen with a sound indicating the round change.
If score is tied, add a "Last Stand" mode which adds a time constraint which decreases with every turn until someone loses.
Add more dialogue ~ best part of the game imo
Possibly add Extra game modes such as finding objects to shoot or a shooing range as a tutorial.
