You're totally right.
I did my best to document the .gd files, but I'm still working on proper documentation and examples.

I wasn't expecting this bigger surge of interest, but since I got them now (thanks Gwizz!) I'll put some priority on it.

Hi!

You can use play_tween() to get the tween to play.

Using restart_tween() will play the tween again, from the original position.

You've also got:

pause_tween(): Self-explanatory. Use play_tween() to get it running again.

stop_tween(): Stopping the tween will stop the tween AND "kill" it. You will need to load_tween() again. However, if you got the "Persist Tween Information" on, you're tween won't be killed, and using play_tween() will start the animation from where you are.

If you head to the github and download the project, you can take a look at some of the examples I'm working on.

Hope it helps, but let me know if you need to chat!

That's very true. I think this works as yet another tool... I see the need to use AnimationPlayer, in-code Tweens, and TweenComposer haha

Let me know if you end up trying it. I'm curious how people will use the plug-in. 😊

Thanks for playing, fourfortyfour!

Indeed, lots of lessons learned! Your feedback is very welcomed! <3

So cool to find another puzzle in this jam! Loved it!

Fun game, stylish execution!

However, I felt very lost with the controls working diagonally, it didn't get better over time!

Yay! Thanks for the positive feelings! I have to say we also feel the same, there's potential for a nice game here! :)
Follow me to get updates later.

By the way: The current version is playable on mobile already. We ran out of time, but most of the implementation was ready for portrait/landscape versions!

Thanks for playing, and for the kind words! And 220k, that's nice!

Thanks for playing YoloArts!
May I ask: Was it your first try, or did you play more than one round?

Twin stick brawler with different movesets? Sign me up!

Looks like the game is not uploaded...?
Screenshots look very cool though.

Awesome!
The game balance felt a bit off, but I was having too much fun blasting all the enemies over being precise and tactical. 😹

That's nice for a first project
You've got a neat concept in your hands!

Nice little game! I wish we could hear the wave too, maybe have a keyboard to play with the sound... (music nerd here). Good job!

Like getting lost in an underground techno club at 5am! 😹

Love the aesthetics and the vibe.

I didn't get too far in the game because it was difficult to find an exit. I guess the controls felt unresponsive with the character being too slow in the beginning (upgrades helped a lot!). I think there's a neat game in here with some tweaking! Good job!

It's the first game I'm rating and we're off to a great start!

Very polished and it plays well, I dig the color matching mechanic.

Couldn't finish because I was dying a lot on wave 7, and then misclicked to start a new game instead of retrying. 🥲 I'll get back to it later, though!

Hello!

We've just submitted Winged Animals Visit Every Season!

It's a tile placement puzzle game where you place nature tiles and watch them interact with each other. Every few turns, you can send a bird flying across a row or column to score points.

(We didn't work on a tutorial, but it's pretty easy to learn)

If you do play it, post your scores in the comments section!

The team was: gurbsjotanoos and victornqueiroz.

Sorry I missed your message!

Congrats on beating rhe game , I guess? 😅

Thanks for stopping by, Jasin! I'm feeling very motivated right now! :D

Hey! Thank you so much for playing! Yeah, I saw that happening but didn't expect someone to go that far into my broken first release. 😅

I'm glad you enjoyed it! I'll let you know when I got more features added (and less bugs!)
