Don't worry! The game is still being worked on and the latest status update on the dev's patreon and twitter as of the time i am writing this was yesterday, as for the game's current latest version 2.2 (i think), it's  officially available on subscribestar and patreon.

for milking bell i have no idea! There is a chance it is not implemented yet but my guess is that you gotta evolve bell from flatness into thiccness
