upgrading the banks fixes this, but you can only upgrade each bank once.

Yes I do. I am using google chrome. I've also noticed a new bug where my banks stop generating income whenever I upgrade my castle.

I can't seem to scroll down. I keep having to zoom out the entire page, sometimes to the point that I can't read anymore.

is there any way to keep the scrollbar from glitching? it keeps stopping me from scrolling down
