En PC es una acer con una ryzer 3 7000

instale el juego, abri la partida, me encontre con la dragona, y quise guardar partida, me dejo guardar en ese punto, pero al querer continuar no me dejo hacer nada, asi qeu tuve que cerrar el juego y empeze desde cero y al volver a intentarlo no me dejo

hola, al momento de querer guardar la partida, no solo no me deja, si no que tampoco me deja avanzar, se queda en ese punto y no me deja ni cerrar el juego y continuar en donde me quede, ya repeti la partida 6 veces....
