I did all of that and more I already bought almost all of dynastic traits. I think it might be that the fist tab that looks like a globe is blank. It might be because I'm on Firefox.

I noticed an issue where in some runs the black hole doesn't grow and debris would be stuck from the previous run spinning around the black hole. By the time i finished getting all the upgrades this was happening every run, even if i ended the run from esc or waited out the time i could not get it to grow or get the debris to disappear.
