You can download your save file at the room terminal and re-upload it into a newer version of the game.
In version 8.3, I've just added resupply, but it will cost you $30.

In the Alfa V8,
I sped up the racing speed and the constant clicking for movement
I also added chips and soda for purchase at the station, along with a new food menu.
There are plenty of other additions, too, like a mini-quest on the moon...
...and a new design for the chest and abs.

I encourage you to try version 6.2.1. You can select the language at startup and in the navbar.
