Dear Team,
I am writing to express my confusion regarding a recent interaction about the next update. When I asked when the next update would be released, the response I received was simply "no." While I understand that there may be reasons why an exact release date cannot be provided, the answer left me uncertain about what was actually meant.
My question was not intended to be difficult or demanding. I was simply hoping to learn whether there was any information available about the next update, such as an estimated release window, current development progress, or even confirmation that work is still ongoing. Because of this, receiving a one-word response did not really address the question and instead created more confusion.
The word "no" can be interpreted in several different ways. Does it mean there is no release date yet? Does it mean there will not be an update? Does it mean the information cannot be shared at this time? Without additional context, it is difficult to understand the intended message.
Clear communication is important, especially when people are interested in upcoming updates and are looking forward to future content. Even a brief explanation would have been much more helpful than a simple "no." For example, a response such as "There is currently no release date available" or "We are not ready to share information about the next update yet" would provide far greater clarity.
I appreciate the work that goes into development and understand that plans can change. My goal is simply to better understand the situation and avoid misunderstandings in the future. Thank you for taking the time to read this letter, and I hope future responses can provide a bit more context when questions like these are asked.
Sincerely,
A Confused Community Member
hi you could try to look for the extension again in the extension gallery. maybe its now called something different or maybe there is an extension that does something that the Turbowarp browser extension did (that you could use alternatively). If you maybe have any projects that used the extension in then you could see if it maybe has a different name. Maybe you found the extension somewhere else (other than the Turbowarp Extension Library).
Do you maybe mean the extension "Navigator" which tells you a bit about the browser?
Or maybe "Browser Fullscreen" which allows you to set & get the Browsers fullscreen?
Hey if you mean how to load the extension: you do that by clicking at the bottom left in turbowarp, clicking "Custom Extension", then Text, and then you import the text you got from exporting the extension from here. Sometimes when it doesn't work you have to click run without sandbox but currently there's a bug that messes the compiling up :/
If you meant that the extension isn't showing up that means there's a bug. Right now the compiler is pretty buggy.
If you meant something else please let me know by replying to this reply.
Edit: I believe that i have fixed the compiling issue now
thanks I looked at the documentation to learn it and if it doesn't work you can ask chatgpt to fix it and see what you did wrong.
because it exports as a .js and not a .txt
I made it a .js because else you could not find it when u click import file on turbowarp unless you click on the filter and then every type and thats why it thinks its a virus because its a .js and if u run it it does smt and maybe the anti-virus detects something because its not a .txt
Sadly the code is very hard to read if you click edit & then yes because its made in a programming language where new Lines does not seen to exist (or maybe it does idk)
I just added a way that it exports as a .txt
(I understand if you're not reading all of this)
