I'm also missing this, I've installed the RPM version of Cider 3 for now and everything is working fine, but I'd prefer to go back to the Flatpak package if possible.
were the flatpak releases on taproom discountinued?
The application is missing launcher and taskbar icons, but system tray icons are working fine.
This is on Fedora 41, KDE Plasma on Wayland and the latest Flatpak release of Cider.
