Great little game! I feel like the balance of items was cool, and you could expand it to have more weapons/upgrades in the future. Nice work!

I'm glad you liked it! I wish I could've added more levels, but I ended up having a few things I needed to do on the days I'd planned to get more done. Your feedbacks really useful as I'm thinking of taking what I've learnt from this and adapting the mechanics into a different project at some point.

The CRT shader is amazing, and the dither dissolve effect is also awesome. The one bit graphics certainly carry a retro vibe, while still being clear as to what's happening. Nice game!

A solid game, and you managed to capture the flash game vibe of the original. The pixel art in this is fun too.
