Thank you for reporting this bug. It also happened to me during development. I made a fix for it and it stopped happening but I guess I didn't cover all cases.
I will try to reproduce the issue and fix it again.

Hey, I'm trying to build some room layouts with these great assets, and I was wondering if there is any tile for doors on "vertical" walls? All the examples on this page show doors on "horizontal" walls.
I can't simply use the sprite for a facing door and rotate it because the perspective on the side is different.
