I have hex editor, but, don't know which values to change, if you know which one's, think you can share which ones?

I've gone through every inch of the house during the summer trip to find the last digit of the code, I know its March 11, so 311 is a portion, but ive gone through and done 1-9 on both sides and nothing worked, I scanned every corner of the house to find the code, but I can't seem to find it.
