Ah. I thought that was a procedure billboard. My coping strategy was to check the transistors every day and reset them if their cycles ever dropped below 50. So far, 13 days in, no power outages. But now i know that thing has a purpose, I'll take a closer look. Thanks.
Side Note: There is no breaker box by the garage entrance inside the base. I've cleaned the garage and the only similar thing is the Drone Call Box and the Red Garage Door Button.
Interesting bug. No Power, all Transistors at 100, all doors open, including "Do Not Enter" bunker. Is there a way to back up saves so next time I can revert to pre-bugged versions?
