No worries, I wouldn't have thought of it without atlas118 saying a new run worked so they deserve credit as well :)
On the Wednesday, if you go to the gym class, you don't get the prompt for the first mission and this locks you out of getting the City. You need to go to the regular 1-1 room and it activates normally.
