Is the pdf just one page, no cover etc? Just downloaded pdf but there is just the one game page.

It's the a physical version with the cassette case etc?

How is the colour version meant to be printed as if you use a booklet the cut here line is on the wrong side.

Is this like a poster print or zfold? Gatefold? 

Just wondering as both colour and b&w version the cut here is on the outside edge.

Out of interest, any plans to remake the 52 cards for bilge?

Just bought this and trying to print it at a professional printing place, it doesn't seem to fit any standard paper size.

What size is the booklet meant to be, A5, half letter, A4 etc? Just don't want to pay for a printed copy to find out it's been trimmed and lost text etc :)
