The solution for the first puzzle is to stay away from point B for 15 seconds straight (in the middle area specifically). There should be a small transparent timer somewhere in the bottom right area of your screen showing your progress (in case you want to try solve the other levels)! :)
Smeargle battle simulator. I like the concept! Art-style-wise, I felt there could be more contrast, as most colors blended into each other on the battle screen. Nice, simple Mario narrative. I did encounter a bug on my third run where I entered the boss room, and nothing on the battle screen loaded, neither my attacks nor the boss.
Thanks for playing! We definitely over-scoped a bit, and with the time constraints, some areas still lack polish and clarity. We'll definitely work on resolving these issues in the near-future. I'll make sure to let you know once it's updated!
To those who are stuck: Your goal is to break free from the endless experimental loop created by the narrator. The only way to do this is by disobeying their instructions. For example, if you're told to move from point A to point B, the solution would be to not move to point B.

As for the tutorial, I use PlayerPrefs to check whether the player has completed it in a previous playthrough before loading it. So depending on how far you got into the tutorial before, you may or may not see it again.
