In Murdoch's Route in his question about dilution to half a quarter, shouldn't the correct answer be 700ml???

adding 100 would halve it (100ml solution/200ml total volume = 50%)
adding 300 would quarter it (100ml suolution/400ml total volume = 25%)
adding 700 would be half a quarter (100ml solution/800ml total volume = 12.5%)

I heard there was a christmas special AU, does anyone know where to find it?
