I figure it out. I don't play with seasonal growth, When I put in on seasonal growth it works. On the courtland map it works without seasons but I looked at the xml files and courtland you can cut in stage 3,
yes. completely started over with the update.
For me, alfalfa never reaches the harvest stage.
