I have a bug or an error when starting

When I try to open the game, a black screen appears and in letters it says "unable to initialize graphics"

when I open the HTML it says "Your browser does not allow to read local files" when it already has it activated that it can read them, I even gave permissions to the file

and not only on my computer but on several since I have tried it on others and the same error appears

PS: I already tried in previous versions and in the current one and nothing

requirements? the jeuog is very slow for me and sometimes it doesn't even open
