no i just spawned in new sandbox save and just entered spawn menu to look that have changed and the cheat menu and then it popped up

So, i hopped from my previous version to 0.9.0, and created new sandbox save, but then game sayed in pop ups "DONT TOUCH THE GATE!!!" "GODDAMIT!" and then "also watch your language". WHAT THE HELL IS THAT!?
