I had this issue after updating my windows 10 to may 2020, 2004 version. Make sure to have the windows media pack installed. Once i did that, it started launching again.

Hi ixtch,
i thought my error message was weird when i got a similar message. I ended up checking task manager and saw my gpu memory spike up and crash and get a similar message. i tried a 1920x1080, had to either reduce it to 1280x720 or split the frames into sections. I am running a 2080ti with 11gb of vram. so the error message to me is not showing the correct numbers.
