If you鈥檙e still looking for feedback, here are my thoughts after finishing the game.
First, the story from the beginning up until meeting Solomon for the first time is perfect. The developers wrote it really well. The choice system where what you say or do affects the affection meter is great.
However, after meeting Solomon, the main story begins, and I skipped all of it because the game intentionally annoyed me multiple times. I have no problem with the main plot being an unavoidable destiny. But the "forced failure" tropes, the scene where the protagonist is about to have sex with a female character but it gets forced to fail, or when the protagonist asks her and always gets rejected while being able to do nothing about it—how do you think that makes players feel?
I don't mind if you force players to fail some main story events or if a main character dies. I understand it creates drama and character growth. But that should be enough. When you also force players into these situations with the female characters, the game just becomes frustrating.
Many events could let players choose freely without ruining the main plot, especially regarding the romance. I don't believe that having sex with a female character earlier than planned would break the main story. It might just skip a few romantic scenes or replace them with something else, but it wouldn't change the main plot. The female characters could just change some dialogue (like the "baby or mommy" choice) to show that the player's choices actually matter.
The developers are great at directing scene and writing. But instead of giving players freedom through aggressive/corruption choices, you force a 100% pure love route. At the same time, you rush the story to make the protagonist close to the girls too quickly, making them fall in love unnaturally fast. Yet, the protagonist is still useless and can't even success in asking them for sex; he has to keep pleasing them until they are the ones to invite him.
My only suggestion for this game is to add aggressive/corruption choices for every female character. (You don't even need to make a whole new route). And when I say add them, I mean add them into the current existing story, not in the future story.
